Timers

Last updated: October 14, 2026

Create named countdown timers on Bacleo. Plan exercise practice, revision and breaks, with quick access to your timers while studying.

Give a task a time limit

Timers count down from a duration you choose. Use one for a practice exercise, a reading session or a break when you want to decide in advance how much time to spend.

You can create more than one timer and name each one. Clear names make it easier to tell your study time apart from your break time.

Create and start a timer

Set up a countdown for one clear activity.

  1. Create a timer, give it a descriptive name and choose its duration.
  2. Start the timer when you begin the activity. Pause it if you need to stop temporarily.
  3. When the countdown ends, review your work. Reset the timer to repeat the activity or choose a new duration.

Keep your timers within reach

Pause keeps the remaining time so you can continue later. Reset returns the timer to its starting duration. Use these controls deliberately when switching between work and breaks.

Fullscreen gives a timer more space on screen. Quick access lets you keep supported timers available while using other parts of Bacleo.

A practical study example

Create a timer named “Exercise practice” for a duration that fits your task. Work until it ends, then check both your answers and the questions that took the most time.

Use a separate timer for your break. If you keep running out of time, make the task smaller or increase the duration rather than rushing through the reasoning.

Saving and device behavior

Sign in to save and synchronize your account timers. The number of saved timers available to you depends on your plan; the tool shows the relevant limit when needed.

Keep the page available during your session and check your device's sound or notification settings if you rely on alerts. Closing the page is different from pausing a timer with its controls.
