The Quiz Generator uses Cleo to create interactive questions from a topic or supported study notes. It helps you check what you can recall before returning to the parts you need to revise.

Generate your first quiz
Give Cleo enough context to ask useful questions.
- Describe the topic, your level and what you want to practise. Add supported notes or attachments if the quiz should use your material.
- Choose the available quiz preferences and generate the questions.
- Answer the questions, read the feedback and revisit your course for the concepts you missed.
Give the questions useful context
Name the skills you want to test, such as recalling definitions or applying a method. If a question should follow a particular lesson, include the relevant material instead of assuming Cleo already has it.
Review the generated questions for clarity and relevance. An AI-generated quiz is practice material, so it may need checking against your notes.
Learn from the answers
Try answering without opening your notes first. Afterward, separate what you remembered from what you guessed or did not understand.
Return to the explanation or lesson for a missed concept, then practise it again. Getting an answer right is useful; being able to explain why it is right is more useful.

Generated questions and feedback can contain mistakes. Check important facts, calculations and answers against your course before using them for exam revision.
