Cleo Gem, available on Pro, can save important information across conversations when you ask it to or when it finds something worth remembering. Cleo Blaze does not have this ability.

The leaderboard ranks users by XP. The Weekly Leaderboard resets every week and reflects who studied the most that week. The All Time Leaderboard shows the highest XP holders overall. It is straightforward: study more, earn more, rank higher.

Yes, Pro users can create a personalized study roadmap and track their progress along the way.

Yes. Your XP, tiers, timers, and Pomodoro stats are saved across all devices for all users. Premium and Pro users also have their last opened file or video in the library saved across devices. Everything else syncs freely regardless of your plan.

No. The moment you earn XP, it is saved instantly to our database. When the Weekly Leaderboard resets, only your leaderboard placement resets. Your total XP and all your progress remain completely safe.

Bacleo is built with students in mind and their safety is a priority. Parental monitoring features are on our roadmap and will be coming in a future update.

Yes. Bacleo takes user privacy and security seriously and follows all the necessary security standards to keep your data protected.

Absolutely. Bacleo is designed to be a safe and comfortable space for students of all ages, including young learners.

If you compete in the leaderboard, only your username, level, tier, and XP amount are visible to other Bacleo users. You are in full control though. You can choose whether to compete, and whether your username appears on the leaderboard at all. All of this can be managed from your account settings.
