Turn revision into clear actions
Tasks Manager helps you organize what you need to do, choose priorities and plan work in the calendar. A task should describe an action you can recognize as finished.
Instead of “study maths”, write something like “complete three practice exercises and check the answers”. Clear tasks make it easier to start and to see what is left.
Create your first study task
Start with a small piece of work you can finish in one sitting.
- Create a task with a clear title. Put it in a list that helps you organize your revision.
- Choose a priority and, when useful, a date or time. Use the calendar to see how it fits into your week.
- Work on the task, mark it complete and decide the next action. Adjust unfinished tasks when your plan changes.
Organize lists and your calendar
Use lists to group work by subject, project or purpose. Priorities help you distinguish what needs attention first; they are most useful when not every task is marked urgent.
The calendar helps you place dated tasks in context. When the options are available, reminders can help you remember a task and repeating tasks can support a regular routine.
Make a realistic revision plan
Choose a few important tasks for the day and leave room for work that takes longer than expected. A plan you can adjust is more useful than a crowded schedule you cannot follow.
Break a large assignment into smaller actions. If a task keeps moving to another day, make its next step clearer or smaller, rather than only changing the date.
Your personal task data
Sign in to use your personal tasks and calendar. Your task lists are account data, and the number of tasks or lists and some options can depend on your plan.
Check your reminder and device notification settings if you rely on alerts. Marking a task complete records your progress, but you decide whether the study goal itself has been met.
